We also require a security Check hold (TBD) for the security of rentals. (This amount will be returned to you when rentals are returned or picked up in the same order you picked them up). If damages occur to rental item(s) client is responsible to replace item(s) within 2 days, otherwise Chakoda Design will cash Security check hold replace item with amount determined and return the remaining balance to client.
Placing an order is completely up to you, however most of our rental items are one of a kind, so we recommend as soon as possible especially for the Alice in Wonderland Theme & Circus Carnival Theme rentals. Rentals are on a First come, First serve Basis. We do NOT hold orders without a Deposit.
We Service the Inland Empire, ($800.00 -$1,000.00) Los Angeles County,($1,500.00) Orange County area,($2,000.00 -$2,500.00)
& San Diego area($5,000.00) as well. Travel mileage does apply according to each individual location. (Each County has a Minimum Rental order amount for Delivery & Pickup $800.00-$1,000.00)
Sorry, due to damages, we no longer ship out of California.
You may be charged a Late fee if rentals are not returned by the given date and time. Late fees are $45.00 Per day they are not returned. Pickup and Return times scheduled per each client Friday/Monday. All rentals must be checked out and checked back in by a Chakoda Design Employee. Rental Order will be charged tax. After hours event pickup times: Same day pickup (includes venues) anytime after 9:00 PM for pickup will be an additional $100.00/$250.00 (12 MIDNIGHT) EXPRESS fee. There will also be a $95.00 Certificate of Liability charge if you would like to add your event venue on to our insurance for your event.
